I'm not going to let this tick take me down! I'm determined to find chronic illness resources and join Lyme support groups, while also exploring some natural remedies for Lyme to help me feel better.

Exploring natural remedies for Lyme and co-infections after multiple rounds of antibiotics, while seeking chronic illness resources and engaging with Lyme support groups.
I’m grateful for my friends and family who bring humor, positivity, and laughter into my life. Their company and presence truly assist me, even with everyday tasks like recycling and taking care of my pups. I appreciate this supportive group, especially when seeking chronic illness resources and Lyme support groups. We bond over comedy movies and Latino music. Special shoutouts to my father, and friends John, Jeff, Fred, Kerlos, Sophia, Carlos, PT, Michele, Martina, Noosh, Arezoo, and Frostty. I'm also thankful for those who share natural remedies for Lyme, making this journey a little easier.
I am still learning how to navigate my days and find ways to dedicate my time to discovering a Lyme cure for future victims of this blood-sucking black-legged nymph harboring bacteria. A silver lining has been meeting new friends through Lyme support groups and reconnecting with those I haven’t seen in 2, 12, 18, or even 30 years. I was also asked to present to three districts in the CA Congress and draft letters to our CA Governor and his wife, including Erin Brockovich, all advocating for chronic illness resources and urging that doctors be trained on this disease. I'm also exploring natural remedies for Lyme as part of my journey.

Content from Bay Area Lyme Org: "Yet we must also be candid: the current climate for scientific research is challenging. Federal grants are under pressure, competition for resources is fierce, and many promising projects are at risk. For Lyme disease—a condition already under-recognized and underfunded—this environment is especially acute. Without philanthropic support, vital research that could change patients’ lives may never have the chance to flourish or even commence. This is precisely why we advocate for increasing chronic illness resources and support through Lyme support groups." For others to have insight and understanding: a quote from a fellow individual on our early morning LymeDisease.org National support group: "As hard as it has been to get the true Lyme message across to the healthcare folks and the general population, educating them about co-infection threats would be much harder. Most people have at least heard the term 'Lyme disease,' but when I talk to people about natural remedies for Lyme, Babesia, Bartonella, etc., they look at me like I'm speaking a foreign language." I couldn't agree more with her comment!
